Refunds-We apologize, but we do not offer a refund of any kind on our e-book “Ice Road Trucking Employment Guide” eBook, it is not possible to first acquire the information delivered electronically then say- “I am not satisfied or happy with your product” after immediately (within 24 hours) of having access and downloading it. The information or knowledge that the material is intended to convey, which is the product, in effect has already been consumed by you.  We provide many avenues to contact us through the website contact page via email and phone if you have any questions ahead of time.  The material is exactly as advertised.  We do offer a refund for fraudulent orders after an investigation is complete.
